COUNTY SPLIT: SMTimes and Board of Supervisors Vote No

The Santa Maria Times has issued its recommendation:  Vote no on the County Split (March 12, 2006).

Also mentioned in this opinion piece is the fact that the five-member Santa Barbara Board of Supervisors also recently unanimously recommended a no vote on the County Split.
